FTFabrics Sewing Classes for October 2011
The FTFabrics Sewing Class project modules are to help the beginner develop sewing skill and refresh the sewist who’s been away from sewing a while. Sewing is an art and an acquired skill; the best way to get good at sewing is to-do-it and do-it-a-lot.
EACH CLASS MODULE COVERS ONE PROJECT
A 2 ½ hour class session that discusses the type of garment, the pattern parts, the type of fabric suitable for the style of pattern, adjusting the pattern, cutting out of the pattern and arranging the pattern on test garment fabric for cut out.
Also included is a 2 ½ hour workshop to sew your test garment with teachers available to guide you, answer questions and help you solve your fitting problems. To help you make this program fit your personal schedule, you can use any of scheduled workshop sessions to complete your garment. Workshops will be scheduled as needed to accommodate class members. Additional workshops are only $10 a session.
What you get with a Class Module: We provide you with a free Kwik-Sew pattern which is yours to keep, we provide you with free fabric (our choice) to make your test garment and lots of expert instruction and help! This whole class package is unbelievably priced at only $50*

Sat Oct 15th –10am to 12:30pm + 2 1/2hr workshop - Project- Your Choice Skirt or Pant
Wed Oct 19th –6pm to 8:30pm + 2 1/2hr workshop - Project- Your Choice Skirt or Pants
Sat Oct 29th –10am to 12:30pm + 2 1/2hr workshop - Project- Your Choice Skirt or Pants
Workshops: 2 1/2hr session- Your choice of evening or Saturday time slots will be available.
